BRITISH racer Robert Lambert hopes he can finish the World Under-21 Championship on a high in Pardubice on Friday.
Lambert, 21, will be making his final appearance at the under-21 level in the Czech Republic, but the King's Lynn man knows he will have to be on top form if he has any chance of making it a hat-trick of world championship medals.
He said: “I go to Pardubice for the final round of the World Under-21’s on Friday night and I will be looking to finish on a high. The chance of a gold medal is impossible now, so we are trying to fight for at least a medal.
“It is a busy couple of days, though, as I have the last Grand Prix of the season on Saturday in Torun. Hopefully we can do the business and do well in those two meetings.”
