KING’S Lynn have three representatives in Saturday’s Cab Direct British Final which takes place at Belle Vue (7pm).

PSH Environmental Stars skipper Chris Harris along with youngsters Cooper Rushen and Jody Scott are all included in the line-up for the National Speedway Stadium showpiece event.

Stars fans not attending the meeting can keep a check on all the action with live coverage on ITV4 and ITVX from 7pm.

Harris is of course a three-time former winner of the event, the last of them coming back in 2010, but he came agonisingly close to adding a fourth title last year in the most sensational of Final races.

He said: “Last year was an awesome four laps. I was leading it going into the last lap so I was gutted not to get it done.

“Robert Lambert will be the favourite to win it. But when it gets down to the final, anything can happen. Last year proved that.

“I’ll give it everything I’ve got to win a fourth British title. People know I’ll bounce off the fence if I have to do what is needed. It should be an epic night.”

For Rushen and Scott it will be a great opportunity to soak up the experience of a big night and also look to make their mark by taking big scalps, just as they have done during the Premiership season.

Former Lynn favourite Lambert defends the title he won last year and will be many people’s choice for a third victory overall – but it all comes down to one crucial race at the end of the meeting.
